From first call to final walkthrough—here’s what to expect when you work with us.
We inspect the full gutter system — hangers, seams, pitch, downspouts, and fascia condition — to identify all problems, not just the obvious ones.
We explain what we found and what it will take to fix it — repair costs vs. replacement costs if the system is heavily damaged.
We seal leaking joints, replace failed hangers with hidden hanger systems, re-pitch sections with poor slope, and repair or replace damaged downspouts.
We verify the repaired system is directing water properly — no leaks, no standing water in the gutter, downspouts flowing freely.
Gutters take a beating in Houston's climate. Heavy rainfall, hurricane-force winds, debris from trees, and the general wear of years add up. Common problems include leaking seams and joints, gutters pulling away from the fascia due to failed hangers, sagging sections that trap water and debris, and downspouts that have separated or been damaged.
Left unaddressed, these issues cause water to overflow or leak against your home — softening fascia boards, staining siding, eroding landscaping, and potentially causing hydrostatic pressure against your foundation.
Premier Roofing & More diagnoses and repairs all common gutter problems. In some cases, a simple repair saves a functional gutter system. In others, we'll recommend section or full replacement if the system is too far gone to repair cost-effectively.
We don't just fix the obvious problem — we inspect the whole system so you don't have a new issue appear the next time it rains.
We replace old spike-and-ferrule hangers with modern hidden hanger systems — the fix that actually holds long-term.
We'll tell you whether repair or replacement is the better value — we won't push an unnecessary full replacement.

The most common cause is failed spike-and-ferrule hangers — the old system where nails driven through the gutter front into the fascia work loose over time. We replace these with hidden hanger systems that screw into the fascia and provide a much more secure, long-lasting attachment.
Yes. We clean and dry the seam, then apply gutter sealant designed for aluminum gutters. For seams that have failed multiple times or sectional gutters that are heavily deteriorated, we may recommend replacing the run with seamless gutters.
After a rain, walk the perimeter of your home and look for standing water sitting in gutters. Gutters should slope toward downspouts at about 1/4 inch per 10 feet. Standing water promotes rust, debris buildup, and mosquito breeding. We can re-pitch sagging or incorrectly installed gutters.
